Hi, I’m Angela.

After spending over 20 years as a dietitian, I have been called through my personal walk with Christ to now serve the community as a therapist. I've come to a significant realization: our relationship with food is often more than just the meals we eat. It's no mystery that our cravings or aversions can be deeply connected to the emotional and mental challenges we face. With millions of nerve cells working in harmony within our digestive system, it’s clear that there’s a lot at play beyond just nutrition.

Let’s take a moment to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. It’s important to be curious about the factors contributing to your feelings and how they influence your overall well-being. Together, we can uncover these underlying issues and work towards a healthier balance in both mind and body.

It’s all connected!

Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
— Romans 12:2
